An airplane is a modern invention and is a great wonder which is invented by two American brothers, Wilber and Orville Wright in 1903. By the help of this machine, man can fly in the air. It has become very common these days. It connects all over the world. People can go anywhere using this machine. This is very complicated and reliable machine. It has a lot of advantages as well as disadvantages.
Description
The airplane has a cylindrical body. The front part of the airplane is called the cockpit where the pilot shit. The airplane is driven by an engine but generally there are two engines for emergency. The flap takes the plane up and down. The airplane has who wing and three wheels. The wheels help to land. There are seats inside the airplane for the passengers.
Advantages
The airplane is very useful. It is the fastest means of travelling. It carries people quickly from place to place. It needs no road construction. It helps trade and business by carrying goods from place to place (export/import). It carries the patient to hospital for treatment. It saves time and makes the world smaller. People can cross seven oceans. This is also helpful in military. It is also used to carry their soldiers to the field of war. It also creates employment opportunities to the airhostess.
Disadvantages
The airplane has disadvantages also. When it is used to drop bombs in wars many person and animals are killed. Buildings, factories, schools and hospitals are destroyed. Besides, the airplane pollutes the air with the gas. It causes sound pollution. It causes sound pollution. It is very expensive. When it crashes, millions of dollars are wasted. It is so expensive so everybody can’t afford this. Only rich people can fly in it.
Therefore it is both useful and harmful.
